In 2017, Princess Arisha took time off of her amazing show career to have her first and highly anticipated litter. On November 6, she gave birth to three massive baby boys – sired by our equally amazing boy Oli (AKC GCHB Oles Ognennij Zver, CGCU).

This was Guardian Bears Kennel’s fifth litter – the Royal E Litter! We are so proud of these thoroughly health tested champions and their gorgeous offspring.

Arisha spent the previous two years making BRT breed history, achieving her Gold Grand Championship status, becoming the number one BRT bitch of all time, and also becoming the number two BRT in AKC history. In 2016, she won Best of Breed at the AKC National Championship, and was awarded Best of Opposite Sex at the 2017 Westminster Kennel Club show.

Daddy Oli had recently earned his Bronze Grand Championship status, and in early 2017, he received an Award of Merit at the Westminster Kennel Club show. Following the birth of his babies with Arisha, he defended Arisha’s title by taking Best of Breed at the 2017 AKC National Championship – plus a Working Group 4, a feat never before accomplished by a BRT at the AKC Nationals!

Two of the Royal Babies joined the most fantastic families. Merle (Guardian Bears Everybody’s Had The Blues) moved to sunny California, and Jeter (Guardian Bears Enjoy The Show) moved to Pennsylvania to play in the snow!

The third Royal Baby, Elvis (Guardian Bears Elvis Has Left the Building), decided to stay right here at GBK, hoping to follow in his parents’ pawsteps and become a superstar show dog!
